Guarden was born out of our founder\u2019s personal journey during the isolation of the 2020\u20132022 pandemic. Seeking momentum in a time of stillness, she started practicing self-growth, care, and healing. As she discovered helpful resources, she felt called to share them with her Christian community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It quickly became clear that true, lasting encouragement had to be grounded in scripture. In response, Guarden was created\u2014a scripture-based lifestyle brand dedicated to promoting wellbeing through faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
