Guarden was born out of our founder’s personal journey during the isolation of the 2020–2022 pandemic. Seeking momentum in a time of stillness, she started practicing self-growth, care, and healing. As she discovered helpful resources, she felt called to share them with her Christian community.
It quickly became clear that true, lasting encouragement had to be grounded in scripture. In response, Guarden was created—a scripture-based lifestyle brand dedicated to promoting wellbeing through faith.
